An 10 page publication with Information on:-
• How to check on the reputation of a Pool Contractor and if he is Licensed or not
• What to look for when engaging a contractor

is adequate
• What about liability insurance while pool is being built
• What to do to cancel after signing a contract
• How much deposit is legal
• Who to contact if contract needs explaining
• A list of equipment

2. Pool Installation & Operation Specification -- $119*
(Includes Basic Pool Building Information)
An 8 page publication specifying correct installation of the following to ensure on-going, efficient operation of all equipment, and eliminates lack of communication between you and the Contractor and between him and his installers:-
• Pool position, elevation, drainage, fencing, signage, accessories, pavers,
overflow etc
• Correct sizing on essential equipment such as pumps and filters for efficiency and water saving management.
• Minimum pipe sizes and maximum pipe runs
• Installation of all ancillary equipment including heating, cleaning systems, water features, underwater lights, negative edge and wet deck pools

• Optional equipment including spas, automatic devices, remote controllers etc.
• Allows quotes to be compared “apples to apples”
3. Complete Pool Design -- $350 (deposit) + 2% of contract price **
All your needs identified, options considered and budgeted, without bias and including: -
• Size, depth, shape (with CAD drawings) and colour of pool
• Correct sizing of all equipment
• What options are available and what does each cost?
• Pool fully costed within budget before quotes are called
• All devices required for complete automation together with costing
• All devices required for remote (in house) operation of Spa, pumps, lights, cleaners etc., together with costing
• Negative edge or wet deck design and costing
• Allows quotes to be called and compared based exactly on what you want
• Includes “Installation and Operation Specification”
4. Assess Tenders & Contract -- $195**
Ensures you're getting what you're paying for:-
• Assess quotes for “apples to apples” comparison
• Your legal obligations identified
• Peruse contract prior to signing to ensure you're getting what you're paying for
• Avoids misunderstanding between you and the salesman ( “but the salesman said” ) and between him and the Contractor
5. Project Pool Management -- POA
Professional on-site management releases your valuable time and includes:-
• “Installation and Operation Specification” , “Total Concept Design”, “ Assess Tenders and Contract”, written “Installation and Operation report” check contractor's credentials, peruse contract for signing, negotiate and monitor start and completion dates, inspect stages for progress payments, negotiate and validate variations to contract – provisional sums and prime cost items, final payment inspection.

6 Installation & Operation Report -- $229 up to 2 pumps**
A written report you can rely on:- $259 - 3 pumps plus**
• A comprehensive, unbiased Report based on a check list of almost 100 items
• Specifically designed to check the builder's compliance with the “Installation & Operation Specification ” or, if not used, with generally accepted standards
• A professionally written Report that allows you to release that final payment with a feeling of comfort
• A written, unbiased Professional opinion that may be used in any dispute or litigation
7. Pool Report prior to Home Purchase $179**
Helps identify pool problems before you purchase home:-
• Basically a similar report to the Installation and Operation report and includes an assessment on the aged condition of the equipment
